Combination Prepreg + Resin Filmer

A shop that buys a filmer and a prepreg line pays for two machines, two setups, and a transfer between them. Small batches do not survive that.

CDI, a leading global supplier of prepreg machines and specialist composite processing equipment, built the CD6018 as one combination. Resin film on the same bed that impregnates the fabric. Forty to sixty inches wide. Two to three operators. Crane required.

Hotmelt, poured and metered, 1,000 to 400,000 CPS. Carbon, glass, aramid, polyester, and natural fiber. Unidirectional, woven, or stitched. LDPE backer is Yes. No chrome-depth figure until the unit is confirmed.
